I really enjoyed the room with a spa bath, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The setting was favourable and comfortable, near to the city centre and concrete areas and grass areas. I was surprised at nearby Clarence st Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.

We had large room with very comfortable bed. The staff were all polite, which was unquestionably a plus. Location: the hotel was just next door to Very close to Hamilton East shops, and shopping centre.

The staff we met were not particularly helpful.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a shower, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was particularly good: a shopping area and a supermarket were within walking distance. There was Grey Streey Chippery nearby, offering quick meals.

It has ideal central location close to restaurants. The staff is helpful, very pleasant.

The hotel was conveniently located close to shops, cafes, and restaurants down the street. Additionally, it was easily accessible due to the availability of parking facilities. The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was clean and spacious enough to move around comfortably.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. The location was also great, as it was close to the Hamilton East shopping area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I appreciated the basic amenities in the rooms, including a shower and kitchen facilities. The rooms were also spacious, with two double beds and a TV in each. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

While there were a few minor issues, overall, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable.

Modern clean design style used in room i.e. colour, fabric, upholstery, flooring. Understated and quality fittings and furnishings, including the bathroom - loved it all!

The bed and pillows were a little hard and unforgiving, though we understand that you 'cannot please all the people, all the time.' Also, I believe we could hear the next nearest people in their bathroom, though there was an empty unit between us and the next one? Plumbing noise travels?

Location - ideal, really close to Hamilton garden and Hamilton Gardens and Te Awa River ride and Eateries and Hamilton East shopping centre. Great service from the helpful, very pleasant staff members. A great selection of nice food at breakfast time.

I was given nice room with a kitchenette, Sky TV plus very comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was close enough to food stores.
